What are the first steps
Getting to know each other - This session allows me to understand more about you, your life and your business. Plus you can assess whether we will get along, this is a partnership built on relationship and will work best where we have a number of shared values.
Whether you have a clear long term goal or have many minor ones we start at this point.
Next stage is recommending an initial plan of action and agreeing what areas are a priority for you and your team.
Ultimately every person is an individual as is every business, where we and the business are at any point in time is a combination of many factors and experiences. My role is to support growth into the future ensuring you the best opportunity to reach your long term objectives whatever they may be
Tailor made plans
In my experience one size certainly doesn’t fit all so this journey will be one of regular review and assessment where we hold each other accountable. All I ask is an initial 3 month contract to give us the best chance of building a foundation for success.
